FOR COPPER RIVER AREA ALASKA NATIVE YOUTH APPROXIMATE AGES 14-18

Join Indigenous Elders, instructors and traditional healers for a 5 full-day program, empowering youth through cultural connection.

Students will:

• Learn curriculum based on the Cultural Identity
  Project

• Learn hands-on traditional arts and healing practices

• Participate in ceremony, singing, and storytelling

• Receive mentorship from Ahtna Elders

• Experience a full-day glacier hike

• Participate in a Traditional Potlatch with the local community
